I have a Samsung LE32R83B Model no - LE32R83BX/XEU I can’t seem to auto tune the tv / won’t pick up any channels. I have checked the input arial cable at other ports from other working tv’s - still no channels found. I am wondering if i could reset the tv - however the press and holding the exit button for 12 sec isn’t working. Is there an advanced code ? or Digital mode ? Please help
Switch TV OFF then Press the following Buttons on your Remote: INFO -> Menue -> Mute -> Power The TV will Boot into Factory Menue where u can trigger a Full Factory Reset.
