I have a 5th generation ipod with video 80gb. I have it fully charged but I can’t seem to turn it on and it says on the screen don’t disconnect. So what do I do now? I have thought to change out the battery but I haven’t used it all that much so I am doubtful that is needed. If I reset it would I loose all my songs and settings?
Nancie – Two approaches: 1 - Just disconnect it anyway. That’s what I do and have never had any problems. The “Don’t Disconnect” message is overcautious. 2 - Turn off the computer. Then the “Don’t Disconnect” message should go away. Good luck, Russ
