Huawei Y6 2019 So I was watching some YouTube yesterday and my phone was on 20%. I plugged in my phone into my charger but then it doesn’t work. Today I tried charging it with a power bank and it only works on that power bank. How do I fix this?
@ruwei try a different charger/cable first to rule those out. If that still happens then you most likely have issues with the charging connector or charging board. Since this is a 2019 it should still be covered under warranty
