My ps4 is connecting to WiFi ,But my play station network sign in won’t connect. I have no idea what to do. It’s my son’s play station4. He can play one game online but his favorite game, that just stopped working one day, says play station network sign in won’t connect. I ordered a new Ethernet cord, been asking google, and I’m not getting any answers. We also tried to re-download fortnite but won’t even let us do that!!
Have you done anything with your router? Sounds like your PS4 is blocked from connecting for some reason. Have you tested Connection to psn in network settings on the PS4 itself to see if it can see it?
