Chosen Solution
My friends have Android so downloaded duo. Unless I use my headset, they cannot hear me. Is there a fix for this!? I have insured I allowed use of microphone on set up, have deleted app, reinstalled app, turned phone on and off and it doesn’t resolve. Thanks. BTW I have no problem with any other app such as zoom or face-time with people being able to hear me.
I have the exact same problem. My iPhone is a 6 (Not a 6S). Works with headphone and external mic but not with built-in mic. I’ve tried everything for the last 24 hours to not avail. Using headphones is the only solution.
