For about 2 months now my IPhone 7 Plus won’t let me look at my photos. When I click photos app the screen is white for about 15-20 seconds then goes back to the home screen. When I go into settings & try to click photos it just freezes & I just have to swipe off of settings. I can’t see my photos through any app like Snapchat etc. I’ve tried restart & updating the storage by buying the 1$ storage. Before it stopped working I was deleting pictures every day because of storage reasons & I had over 3,000 pictures that I was trying to get rid of.
You need to manually backup / transfer your photos to a computer and then delete them via the computer as well. When importing with a Windows computer there is an option to delete pictures that have been imported which you should select as it does it immediately for each photo after it’s been copied to the computer.
