Chosen Solution
Prior to a November Android update, I had made separate users with separate accounts on my Galaxy Tab A-T350. The users show up on the Accounts tab, however, they are now unresponsive to touch. Therefore I have lost access to these user accounts. HELP PLEASE?
You can change users by the pull down options at the top of the screen. Touch the round icon with a face in it and your users will pop up . Users are then switched by tapping the one you want to use. (o:
