The mouse stopped working, and all others are connected without problems with the same receiver, driver and batteries. What happened with the older one? He died for old?
Hi Jesus! Before proceeding further, I would like to ask if there has been any recent updates with your Operating System, or any new software installed. If there was, you can try performing a System Restore to put it back to a previous date when you can probably remember that your device last worked. As for devices like mice and other peripherals, wear and tear are very common, thus they usually last at most 2 years (if you’re lucky). Hope this helps. Cheers, Ken
