Before I used to connect to wifi, download games, use bluetooth but now, can no longer use both. I tried resetting to factory settings but still can’t use both. Appreciate your advice
In settings try going to Application Manager (or similar) find “all apps” and select Bluetooth and Wifi respectively, then click on clear cache/data or uninstall updates. Even if you try disabling and enabling them. See if that works
