when a person sends me a picture I have to download it, than I get cannot download how do I fix this?
terrence1639 , Hope you talking about MMS, contact your mobile phone carrier/Operator and ask them to send MMS configuration profile for your phone. once you received a configuration profile as a message you can save it on your phone after that MMS service should work on your phone.
I know I’m a whole lotta late hehe but I’ll leave it here for future reference. I’ve had this problem recently and I found out that turning on your Mobile Data - even though you don’t have a plan and most likely the nextwork would deduct charges from your credit - works. If you don’t have credit on your phone you should still give it a go. I had credit and no charges were deducted… sooo you may be lucky. Anyways I hope this helps.
