Chosen Solution
I recently bought an audio adaptor for my Xbox, to connect to my monitor which worked well. But I decided to switch around my Xbox and monitor on my desk, having to unplug everything once I put it all back the adaptor is not receiving/transmitting signals so produce sound. How do I fix this ?
check the connections inside the coard and the outlet on the console. make sure none of the pins are bent or broken!
