Why Can T I Have This Service Manual Fobiden Access Yet I Signed Epson Emp Tw1000

I signed in through Google, yet it’s fobbiden for me to access the service manual download, why? I was after the service manual for the Epson EMP-TW680, the file available is for the TW1000 which has the same power supply. Whats the point of offering somthing that you can’t have.
