when I make or receive calls and they can hear me but I can’t hear them.
have you looked at you sound settings, secondly it usually is because the speaker is broken and has to be replaced Update Yes all elements can be replaced (reinstalled) from a licensed dealer they usually have all the elements and the programs on their computers to reprogram in back to normal
If it was a broken speaker that was the problem, why can I still listen to books, music, etc? Any other ideas?
