Chosen Solution
My CS50 works perfectly on one phone, but when I move it to another phone, I can’t hear anything. It is installed correctly, and when I press the button on the headset, the regular receiver shuts down. But I cannot hear the dial tone through the head set. I haven’t changed any of the settings on the base. Am I missing something?
Hi @jf6 , Try moving the configurations setting switch on the base unit, through numbers 1-4 to see if you can get dial tone. Here’s a link to a video that shows what I mean (1:20 minutes into the video)
