When I make a phone call I can’t hear anything unless I use the speaker. I. An hear the other person please help me fix this issue

I would also take a look at the ear speaker mesh. If it is clogged, you’ll need to replace it. Or, if you don’t feel comfortable tearing it apart, brush it with a soft toothbrush with a drop of rubbing alcohol (very slight amount, otherwise you’ll ruin the screen) and/or puncture it with the tip of an x-acto knife. 3 small holes across the width of the mesh. Use a magnifying glass to help see what you’re doing. Don’t push the tip in, just a controlled gentle poke.
