Says headphones are in but they aren’t

There may be debri in your headphone jack on the metal leads. If it’s not that then you might have a faulty part or a problem with your PCB board.

Advice for OP: If you have cotton buds, take a bit of the cotton off then with the rest of the cotton bud dip it in 99% isopropyl alcohol then insert it in the headphone jack and rotate it a bit, that can clean up the contacts and the inside of the headphone jack. But first I recommend cleaning it carefully with straight pointed tweezers and a flashlight to see clearly inside the jack.
