I have a problem that just happend I had walked away from my yt video came back no sound? Turned it all the way up. No sound!? Went to settings and messed with the sounds, worked? Went back to yt, no sound. Then I restarted my phone left it off for 4 minutes went back to yt, sound was working! Then about a minute later it stoped working again can some one help me?Hopefully it’s something I as a 14yr can fix…
Sounds like you need either a new speaker or charging port as the speaker connects to the charge port. You should be able to order the parts here from ifixit and they should include the tools to replace them. Just keep the screws organized and put them back in the proper place.
