i was cut off in the middle of phone call. Now i cannot receive or send calls. I have a tracfone Alcatel and have 500 minutes left.
assuming you have called your Carrier’s support lines. Then you may want to check if the device is blacklisted. (if you got the device used, someone may have reported it stolen or missing) id then try a factory reset, and put it back to its default settings. at this point, you can look into hardware issues. (Antenna, Baseband IC, or board fails.) most of these i suggest hiring a professional to look at.
