My phone won’t receive or make calls and I have no data. It only works on wifi but the calls just don’t work.

Yee I can text but onlybsms don’t get or can’t see ndvmms can’t use data nd wen I try to call out it acts like it’s gonna for a a cond then says call ended dose same to any one that trys to call me.
