I purchased a RCA Voyager III tablet from Walmart. After charging the tablet I went to open the screen and a series of dots appeared. Some how you are supposed to connect the dots in a certain pattern to unlock the screen. It looks like someone had previously purchased the tablet set a password to unlock it then returned it to Walmart. I could not return the device as the return policy was 15 days. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to open the tablet. Thank you
if you press the power button and volume up button at the same time you get a menu (AFTER the two dogs Chipper and Tipper? you release the buttons) where you can press volume down to scroll to the wipe data factory reset option . press power to select it
