Everything works on my camera and you can sometimes see through the eye hole but when you go to take a picture the eye hole goes black help
Canon has great customer service and I have contacted them many times hassle free and they helped me fix my camera. I would try contacting them about this particular issue as they would probably be able to help you out better then I can. Canon Customer Support
