I can’t upload my pictures from the camera to my computer. I have plugged to USB cable into “A/V out” port on the camera and into the USB port on the computer. Every time I have done this in the past, the download screen pops up and I can proceed. It will not do this now.
Why don’t you just take out the memory card and insert that to the computer? If not an option check device manager to see the driver is working.
I did take out the memory card and inserted it to the computer and it doesn’t show up.
