Chosen Solution
I found out the charger that came with my device cannot be used for file transferring and screen mirroring. Using someone else’s charger worked partially, I can now charge, (MTP) & (PTP). I still cannot screen mirror to my laptop with my phone; However, using that same cord on the owner’s phone does allow me to screen mirror their phone. So I compared both phones and noticed my phone doesn’t have an option called “Install driver”. If that is the cause, is there a safe way for me to get this option on my phone?
Hi @mylese0 , Here’s two options to consider: a). Download and install the BLU Vivo X1+ drivers in the laptop. b). Screen mirroring via WiFi (example only).
