I have recently had the following errors happen repeatedly: Recipients of my calls cannot hear me well/at all when I call with SpeakerI consistently have calls drop if it goes longer than a couple of minutesSpecifically with an app called Zoom (screen sharing/group call app), attendees cannot hear me at all, as if I do not exist (I have been through troubleshooting this, checked all the audio settings, etc. Does not work) Any ideas on what is happening? Earlier this year, I did a factory reset 3 times due to another issue. At this time, a factory reset would be a massive undertaking for me as I work at a start-up and have many dev apps on it that I will need to have redownloaded from our dev team.
Hello, first try to check your mic eliminating broken mic problem. You should try default voice recording app on your phone and see if sound quality of recorded voice is in good quality. If it is still in bad quality - you should repair your broken mic. If it is good quality it is not hardware problem. As you can’t do factory reset try to scan your phone from malware and remove suspecious apps which you have downloaded. Try malware scanner Malwarebytes.
