So every time I make a call the other person cannot hear me at all no noise no anything. When they speak I just hear garble. FaceTime works wifi call works but not the call with my cellular signal. It’s not a service problem my other phone works just fine. So what component needs replaced I know the SIM card is good. So I’m thinking the cellular antenna? I am sure it could be something to do with the reciever or transmitter. Some one had to of had this problem before. Thank you
I have the same problem with iPhone 6 plus, facetime and third party call app works fine only with cellular network i hear the static sound, I’ve tried every reset/restore. Apple dealer did hardware diagnostic and everything tested fine. SIM card woks fine on other device. So my guess it has to do with intervention between earpiece speaker and antenna. I had no accident with my phone, and it was working perfectly for 4 months before this happen. any advice?
