i have just changed the phone battery a day before by a professional 2 times so far and it worked for the first time but when i changed it again, it stopped charging at 23%. i know its not a wire, electricity or charger issue since it works for others and looks perfectly fine. i let it charge for the whole night but it still doesnt work. i even changed up the charger. what do i do?
You need to rule out the battery first. Take it back and get them to try another battery. If it still will not charge past 23% I would say you have a faulty component on the logic board charging circuit. You will need to have a reputable repairer diagnose and repair it.
