ok my iPod shuffle has something wrong i think because when i put the earphones i cant hear music what it does is turns to a red orang light i already charged it but it is still the same what can i do help me i need it.
It is probably a problem with the ear phones. In that chase you must disasemble and check the conections with a speaker. If that doesn’t work try opening the iPod and take a cotton swab dip it in alcohol, rub it on the inside of the ear phone jack. -Me-
