i had bought my new iphone 6 few days back it has been 5 days..i dont no why cant i open few built in apps like GARAGEBAND,PODCAST,KEYNOTES,PAGES…when ever i click on the app automatically page takes me to the homepage…i want to no should i want to make any changes in my phone settings or is my internet problem ..please help me out has am new to the iphone family.
Delete the apps and re-download them from the app store. These apps are free. I don’t think your iPhone is new. Those apps are not built in. I would factory reset your iPhone and make sure you can login with your own Apple ID.
