my phone just went quiet on me it can go white if i insert the battery but will switch off itself i can also hear a buzzing sound its making please help me
It could be many things, so if you dont mind, i will just ask a couple questions to get a better picture. Please feel free to be as detailed as possible. So you have the phone, with the battery out, when you put the battery in and turn it on, does it fully come one? Like to the main screen and everything, and your sound will work then but your saying after a while, the sound just shuts off by itself, or the whole phone shuts its self off?
