Chosen Solution
After I restarted my phone after continous lagging while charging, I could not exit the samsung screen. It could boot up but not get past the samsung part where blue lights come out. Can someone please help? TIA
Hey Brendan Ng, I think the power button is stuck, take a look at it maybe it is or it isn’t. Otherwise I think it’s your battery.
Your phone may needs fsctory reset or format You can do the manual fsctory reset by pressening pwoer botton and volum up or dwon botton together, hold some time and will apear some options chose to do factory reset If does not work Plug to your labtop and download its software Both way you will lose most of your data
