Downloaded applications such as Kakaotalk and Discord suddenly stopped opening up when I double click / run it as an administrator. These apps were running without problems a couple days ago. I have not made any updates or changes to my laptop. When I double-click on the applications, the cursor wheel spins and then stops, but no application is opened.
