For no discernible reason my icloud email no longer will send or receive, I have rebooted, twice and check settings against my iPad, which is working. They are in agreement, so what is the fix?
Given the age of your iPhone I would make a trip to the local Apple Store to have one of the genius’s look at this. Apple did have some problems last week with iCloud services. It’s always a good idea to look as the services update page to see if there is a known problems Apple -System Status
