Machine lights up but no steam comes.
If the machine is not warming up (feel the top of it) then it could be your heating element or the thermal fuse (both signs of overheating). If it’s getting warm/hot and you can get water to flow from the brewhead then you probably just have a plug in your steam wand or valve.
What is the model/name of the thermal fuse?
