Out of the blue my screen started to flicker, then it froze. After a couple seconds it just went black. What can I do to fix this?
A soft reset of the tablet is a possible fix for a frozen or unresponsive screen. Press and hold the power button that is located at the right edge of the tablet for 10 seconds until the tablet powers off/resets.
