Chosen Solution
I was trying to connect my working TV to my pc via HDMI and it turned all white. I turned it off and back on and than a black border started to appear on the white screen. And now it looks like this (pic)
What can i do to fix it?
The display cable might be broken/messed up so try taking the screws out of the back and reseating the cable/replace it. This may require soldering.
