The plastic knob broke off. Now I’m unable to control temp and timer. How do I fix this problem?
Jason Barreras, If still under warranty, see if you can get replacement part under warranty. Not under warranty check links below for replacement knob. You may have to contact the supplier if Knob not shown in their listings. Good luck. You would just carefully use glue (making sure not to get it everywhere) to reattach the knob. Also you can use a pair of pliers for now until you fix it to turn the knob. Hope this helps and good luck fixing!
