My Co-Star was working great. Then one day I could not stream and the touch pad and cursor stopped working. I tried the factory reset. The Blue tooth setting would not work. I skipped that step. When I got to the Wifi setting, I did not find any networks. I tried to manually add the Wifi network, and it still would not connect. I have been to the Vizio website and searched the Internet, but have not found a solution.
Sounds like your network settings might’ve messed up. Is the co-star still in warranty? If so, I’d get a replacement from Vizio. If not, you can try Vizparts.com. They deal mainly with Vizio TVs and accessories.
Just spray WD-40 on the keypad and battery compartment.Take out the battery’s first.Works on other things like fan motors.The contacts get corrosion that acts like an insulator. Darryel Hubbard
