Hi, I purchased a replacement screen and changed the screen. But the screen stayed off. I could hear the phone beeping. Went to a repair shop and after 20 minutes, the guy said he “activated” it. What did I miss? I have researched and haven’t found an answer yet. Please does anyone know what the issue was?
It is possible you had to manually restart the phone to get it to work. That is probably all he did.
