I just did a replacemnt of a screen on an Iphone 5s, everything was fine, digitizer at fist worked well, but sometimes it stops working, I press the locking button and wait a lil bit, and the works well again for a small period of time. What would be the cause and cure for the problem. Thanks
Your LCD is a cheap quality. Replace it with a better quality.
I had the same issue and have taken it to a couple of different iphone repair places. They changed the LCD and digitizer as well as making sure all conections and cables were reset. nothing worked. So they reset the phone. It did work after this but only for a few hours then minutes and now it does not work again. This was with the OEM screen and lcd glass. Hence, I am going to have to buy a new phone since it is out of Warranty
