I’ve recently started to have this problem where, for example I’m playing Genshin Impact and then My controller turns off

It gives me a network error

I try to plug my controller in again with an USB. It blinks white and then orange. Now maybe the batterys dead? No, I wait a little and it doesn’t work despite being plugged in.

I plug in another controller and the same happens. I always have to turn off my PS4, go through all of my Dualshock’s and reset them (4 in total and no none of them work when I do step 3 with all of them). Only then does everything go back to normal. This probably happens twice or three times a month. Is there a reason why this happens? Is my Playstation just getting old? Is this fixable?

Sounds like battery is starting to diminish ,happens over time .Might want to ask Santa for a new controller just incase
