Why Do I Get Msg That My Phone Is Not Compatible With Samsung Kies 3 Samsung Galaxy Note 4

I installed Samsung Kies 3 to use with my Note 4 and I keep getting the message that it is not compatible with my phone, or something to that effect. It does eventually complete task, in spite of this message. Any ideas why or suggestions?

Dial *#0808# on dialer and make sure MTP+ADB is selected. It works for all GSM Note 4.
