I replaced the screen and home button and now it will not restore and keeps giving me error 4005 and I’ve updated iTunes and restarted Mac several times
Error 4005 is related to a physical problem.. In my experience is not really a software problem (maybe only if you use a windows based pc), but due to a bad assembling parts. Probably when you put back together the display and home button you have missed something or done some wrong step..
