Why do i have a white screen all of a sudden? The keyboard works; IE; I can hear a female voice saying edit password- hidden and states the ‘F’ keys and every other button on the keyboard, yet cannot get rid of white screen. Other sites offer a so called fix with software, are these people thick? how can one use the software when one does not have a screen? Hellllpppp. Thanks AL
If it is malware/virus try and take the battery out and unplug from the power adapter. when its booting up if you get a toshiba logo and the the windows logo. you atleast know its not a hardware problem such as a bad screen or LCD connector. sometimes just by rebooting it it may get rid of the popup that took control of your screen. if not windows may need to be reinstalled.
