At times the internet status indicator, located top right on screen, and I lose my internet connection. What is wrong?
An exclamation point next to your internet status indicator usually means that the device is connected to your internet router, but does not have access to the internet because of an issue with either the router or your service provider’s hardware (modem or service panel, or even just a bad service provider in general). Most routers try to reconnect after a set period of time, so the issue goes away once the router reconnects. Next time it happens, you could check the router and reset it if it is having issues. You can also try refreshing your connection to the router. Other than that, you could ask your service provider if they have been having outages. My in-laws live near Tucson, Arizona, and they have some pretty bad internet. It goes down like five times or more a day.
