there are lines when printing black. when I do head cleaning nothing changes.
abigailhechejewels , the lines may be coming from dirty/ink on feed rollers, clean the rollers with soft cloth dampened with 90% Isopropyl Alcohol . Good luck. I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.
