Chosen Solution
I have looked on many forums and YouTube videos, but my speakers do not work whatsoever and I have tried restarting my device and making sure do not disturb is off and that my sound setting are okay. I would find this as a hardware problem, but my headphone jack doesn’t work either. I tried multiple headphones and none of them work. The only sound that comes out is the speaker at the top when someone calls me. I would like to figure this out, Thanks!
Has your phone ever been repaired? It’s worth a shot to replace the lighting connector flex cable. This flex has the charge port, headphone jack and contact pads for the bottom speaker as well as the mic. iPhone 6s Lightning Connector and Headphone Jack
