I have a 55 inch Sanyo, we have lost all picture but we still have sound. I have gone through the process of resetting the TV but nothing has resolved.
if you can take some pictures of the model number or even list it that would be of great help. but as honakrisi said if you can get a light in to shine on the screen and you still see a picture then you need a new backlight \ LED setup. how old is the TV? is it still under warranty ?
