Chosen Solution
I have ordered 3 different ipad batteries now, 1 iPad 3/4 and 2 iPad Air, and when i test them on ibackupbot the program is giving me defective results as if they lack the gas gauge circuit. I can confirm it is not the iPads it is the batteries, is this something you are familiar with? In addition after leaving the devices on for a few minutes the device continues to reboot itself.
Aftermarket batteries wont work that well I suggest you get a Original ones from ifixit or purchase a icloud locked iPad for parts and pull it off from it.
