@socrmom901 could be a battery issue as well as a software settings issue. The battery is easily replaced LG K7 Battery Replacement and I’d start with that after verifying that the settings are correct. you haven’t mentioned the phone type and model . if its a removable , try to use another and see if makes a difference . if not , try to do more research on background running softwares and apps that use a significant amount of batter to function. new phones got the ability show you the batt usage by the app type and name . good luck! this is a simple prob to fix .
