I recently factory updateed my phone now all my apps keep freezing/crashing requiring me to restart the phone over and over. Is there a way to fix this or reset the phone to before that update?
Back up your data first if you have photos that are important. Go to settings –> Backup and Reset –> Reset to factory. You will need to remember your gmail username/password you put on this phone.
